What’s included in each box?

Each box includes a combination of essential grooming products, such as deodorant, body wash, face wash, and a surprise gift each month. Our Complete Care Box also includes additional items like cologne and moisturizer.

Can I customize the items in my box?

At this time, our boxes are pre-curated, so you cannot select specific items. However, each box is thoughtfully curated by our team to ensure you receive a balanced and high-quality selection of products each month.

How do I start my subscription?

Simply go to our Subscribe page, choose the box you’d like, and complete the checkout process. You’ll then start receiving your Everman box every month without any further hassle.

When will I receive my first box?

We ship all boxes within 3-5 business days after your initial order. After that, you’ll receive a new box around the same time each month, based on your original subscription date.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account on our website. Just make sure to cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month’s box.

Is there a way to pause my subscription temporarily?

Yes, you can pause your subscription if you need to take a break. Simply log in to your account and choose the pause option. You won’t be billed or receive a box for the months you select.

How often am I billed?

Billing occurs on the same day each month based on your original sign-up date. For example, if you subscribed on the 10th, you will be billed on the 10th of each following month.

Can I gift an Everman subscription?

Absolutely! Our boxes make perfect gifts for men who value self-care. You can purchase a one-time gift box or select a prepaid subscription option for a specific duration, and we’ll handle the rest.

Do you offer any discounts for long-term subscriptions?

Currently, we don’t offer discounts for long-term subscriptions. However, by choosing a multi-month plan, you’ll enjoy the convenience of receiving a curated selection of grooming essentials delivered right to your door, hassle-free.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal for all orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash or checks for online orders.

Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?

We currently ship throughout the UK, with free shipping on all subscriptions. We’re working to expand to other regions, so stay tuned!

How are the products selected each month?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you’re not satisfied with a specific item or experience, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

How can I update my billing or shipping information?
